Stuck in New York City traffic last week, my taxi driver looked up at an H&M lingerie ad, pointed, and said in his thick accent,
Did you know those ads on ze buildings are painted by people? Real people! Do you know how to do zat? Do you have zose kinds of skills?
In disbelief I shook my head and sheepishly answered, “I hope one day I do!” And to that he said,
Such a beautiful job.
And she has such nice boobies!
I just laughed, now looking for my credit card and the door handle because we had reached my destination.
He was right. Hand painted.
